Thai massage to ground during the holi-daze, co-taught with Sonia Peltzer


Thai massage is about doing less and feeling more; a meditation on presence and unconditional loving kindness. It sounds simple–and it is–but it's not always easy. It's a journey of connection, self-love, and allowing ourselves to be held and nurtured by each other's presence. Sonia & Sarah will will guide you to give and receive several Thai sequences, including supine (on your back), sidelying, and seated, connecting to the sweetness of your inner therapist, and melting into receptivity.


A perfect treat to culminate the year and ground yourself during the holiday hustle.


*This day also offers invaluable tools for yoga teachers, massage therapists, and energy workers who wish to develop a new dimension of healing touch for students or clients.*
